Consistently top producers in local, state and national rankings, The Dickson Groups illustrious real estate career began approximately nineteen years ago. With the help of Donna’s husband, Christopher Dickson, they founded The Dickson Group, a perennial leader in New Jersey real estate sales.
In 2017, Donna ranked the #2 individual agent in all of Coldwell Banker New Jersey & Rockland and received the prestigious New Jersey Realtors’ Circle of Excellence Award as a Gold Level Recipient. She has consistently earned this honor throughout the course of her career. According to the National Association of Realtors, the average agent sells three homes a year. The Dickson Group sells an average of seven homes each month! They have a proven track record of success and years of experience.
Fortunately for the Donna and Christopher’s clients, their experience translates into a unique skill set that helps them achieve their goals. They understands how to negotiate their clients an advantage during the initial offer process and know how to sustain that advantage in negotiations involving home inspection, appraisal or final walkthrough.

Chris is a licensed Broker, Sales Associate and is also an NJ Licensed Real Estate Instructor. With almost 15 years in the industry, Chris is truly a “pro’s pro”. Chris is very involved in our community and has a deep love of “all things Maplewood”.
Chris was named the NJ Realtors 2018 Good Neighbor of the Year for his efforts to fight hunger in our community through the non-profited he created in 2012.
Resident of Maplewood for 23 years. Her two daughters attended the public schools in Maplewood, Donna has firsthand knowledge of the school system. Donna & her husband are firm believers in giving back to the community they love so well.
Chris is a founder of Rent Part. Established in October 2009, Rent Party is a live music series based in Maplewood / South Orange, New Jersey. Proceeds from these shows help fight hunger in our community.
